The Lib Dems have pledged support for the 10:10 campaign (cutting emissions by 10% in 2010) at their party conference and backed an amendment promising that any council run or influenced by the Lib Dems would commit itself to the campaign's objectives, and party members would make "similar personal commitments". PCAN has written to the leader of the Council and to the Chief Executive suggesting this for Portsmouth so let’s hope we see action.
